Before you publish: have a lawyer review this, especially the virtual currency and subscription sections — Apple and Google both require clear, accurate terms for anything sold in-app. Fill in the bracketed placeholders (jurisdiction, company name/entity if any, pricing) before this goes live.

These terms govern your use of the 13 Orphans app ("the app"). By downloading or using it, you agree to them.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use 13 Orphans on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store's or Google Play's own usage rules.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Pai (virtual currency)

Pai is a virtual, in-app currency with no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the app.
Pai is purchased or earned for use within 13 Orphans only, and any unused balance is forfeited if your account is closed or terms are violated.
We may adjust how Pai is earned, priced, or used as the app evolves.

Dragon Membership (subscription)

Dragon Membership is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price and interval shown at purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel it for you.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial subscription periods.

User conduct

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the app; use it to cheat, exploit, or disrupt multiplayer matches; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The app's design, code, and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you beyond the limited license above.

Disclaimers

13 Orphans is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and scoring results are provided as a convenience — always confirm house rules with your table.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the app and delete it at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date above and flag material changes in the app.
